A highly experienced Artistic Consultant, Karen is based between the UK and Paris, France. She has an ‘Ordinary National Diploma in Business Studies’ and a ‘Bachelor of Arts Combined Honours Degree in Performing Arts’ as a result of which she is trained and has experience in the following areas: Dance and Choreography, Theatre and Direction, Theatre and Television Set Design and Construction, Lighting and Sound, Music, Production Management of Artists, Venues and Events, Publicity, as well as Exhibition Design, and Filming.
Specialising in Prestigious Event Organisation for over 30 years, Karen also has a wealth of experience in producing major events including the Notting Hill Carnival, was a Production Manager and Artistic Director with Burton Enterprises UK (Performing Arts Company and Modelling Agency in the `80s) and has worked on a number of prestigious events, worldwide concerts, galas and private events, some of which have been with an International Group of Musicians “Les Dauphins”.

Keith has over 30 years of Managerial, Marketing and Sales experience within various industries and in various capacities. An Engineer by profession, he has specialised in the medical services industry for 50 years through his work for GE Healthcare, part of the GE Technologies division. Keith also has additional expertise and experience in: Training Management; International Marketing; Foreign Market Business Management; Merger; Integration Management; Facilities Management and Asset Management.
JOHN K WEBSTER
Head of Video Production
John is a Producer and Director with over 20 years of experience in the industry, including working at Elstree Studios, UK for the majority of that time. He has worked with many celebrities, including Patrick Stewart and top politicians, such as Tony Blair and directed and produced a plethora of adverts, virals and music videos for a diverse roster of market-leading brands including, Marks & Spencer, PC World, British Airways, Homebase, Tesco and BMW. He has also worked on many television programs including ‘Leave the Tags On’ (Living), ‘The Gem Detectives’ (Discovery) and ‘Show Business’ (Sky 1), to name a few…
John’s latest project is an independently produced feature-length documentary called ‘The God Plant’ – an in-depth study of Medical Cannabis which has received many 5* Reviews and is being distributed worldwide by Janson Media, New York. He also produced ‘Strawman – The Nature of the Cage’, a cutting-edge documentary highlighting the truth around debt which gained a huge following on-line with over 250,000 views on Youtube alone. John also co-produced ‘Resonance – Beings of Frequency,’ which was distributed worldwide and won ‘Best Documentary’ at the prestigious Crystal Palace Film Festival.
MOUSTAPHA AMAR

Moustapha’s main role within My Dreams To Reality is as an International Investment Sourcing Executive and an Executive Producer for the most recent Documentary, ‘The God Plant’.
Moustapha has two Masters Degrees in Computer Science and Banking and Finance Systems and has worked in the Computer Project Management Industry since 2012. He is also experienced in Finance, Banking, Delivery Management and User Support of Energy Trading and Data Lab Software.
